Kingman's Folly

Kingman is at it again, or is it he never stopped? What gives with Kingman that he insists on preventing the owners of the defunct Mobile Station from cleaning it up? We have an eyesore in Milan that Kingman insists on keeping. Every time the owners of the former gas station comply with Kingman’s requests he comes up with something else to prevent them from cleaning up the mess.  Maybe he likes it that way. Our town supervisor seems to like it also, but then who is our supervisor Talmage or Kingman’s buddy, Williams. There is something rotten in Milan, and it’s not just the gas station.
We need a Gas Station in Milan

How about some specifics? What, exactly, is Kingman doing? What, exactly, is standing in the way of the station renovation moving forward?

Ranting is fine. If you want it to have any credibility at all, back it up with something factual. We're all ears...

The only "facts" on this blog or site are Jack Facts - which renders them unbelievable. Even when they do give facts they are fabricated and half truths and only serve as political fodder. But, keep pressing them even though all you're going to get is more of the same ranting.

Is that you Bill "Just the Facts" ranting and raving again. Why don't you check the "Facts" at the town hall or have Councilperson Brainless do it for you. If you opened your eyes and see what is going on there you might stop making an idiot of yourself. But then that is too much to ask of you.

Anonymous if you were at the Town Board Workshop on Monday evening you would have heard some ot the specifics.
This has been going on for two years. The owners of the Gas Station wanted to tear it down and put up a new building. Kingman told them, when they had the asbestos removed they would get a demolition permit. They did as he requested. Now he says he is not satisfied with the condition of the soil and the lighting.
If you want the get the history of the ongoing fiasco you will have to go to the town hall, file a Freedom of Information Request for the information. If you are lucky you will have it in five days. This is one of the 11 laws this Bunch are puting throught this year.
If you want to know what the other laws are, you will have to file a Freedom of Information Request.

Oh my the anger, again - and why do you think this is Bill May? Do you think no one else in this town thinks Jack Campisi is a political hack with an inflated ego that has no problem with lies and distortions of facts.

"Just the Facts", so you are not Bill May, we knew that , all your words were spelled right. You must be his idiotic twin, no wonder you are angry. If you know the true facts give them to us and not just say Mr. Campisi distorts them. The facts are in the town hall, get them if you know how and prove Mr. Campisi wrong.

To" Just the Facts": Please state which facts on this website are fabricated and half truths. It is my perception that a gas station that burned down two years ago and is just now getting demolished doesn't seem to be a priority for the current administration. I can't help but feel that no one in town hall cares about the residents of this town!
